Goldens of The Pines, LLC (GOTP) participates in the responsible breeding of genetically tested and healthy Golden Retrievers to produce both American Golden Retriever puppies and English Cream Golden Retriever puppies who get to live lives free of preventable genetic canine diseases in order to provide the highest quality of life and with the hope and expectancy of receiving longevity of canine life. This provides both GOTP, LLC and owners of a GOTP puppy, certainty in the quality and standard of Golden Retriever being sold/adopted.

DEPOSIT TERMS AND CONDITION
(a.)Net 14 days on all invoices. (b.)Goldens of The Pines, LLC (Seller) reserves the right to end any sale with any prospective Buyer for any reason at any time per the need of Seller. (c)Buyer understands that nature is not fully predictable and there is always a risk that any prospective Dam owned by the Seller may not provide a puppy for Buyer because of the following reasons: (d.)Dam did not have a successful pregnancy as attempted, (e.)Dam may lose a confirmed pregnancy, (f.)Dam may have a smaller than expected litter. In these (d., e., f.) circumstances, Buyer may (g.)remain on waitlist in the same order, or (h.) may notify Seller of preference to receive all deposits/payments Buyer made to Seller within 30 days. (i.)In the case that a litter is born, but Buyer's preferred puppy gender is not available at the time of puppy whelping of the expected litter, Seller will return all deposits/payments Buyer made to Seller within 30 days.
